Administrative & Customer Service Specialist

Location: Columbia, S.C.

Salary: $45,000.00 – $63,448.00

Description: Under direction from the Director of Administration & Operations/COO, this position has the responsibility for performing a variety of specialized administrative support services; collects, organizes and reviews documents and technical data for compliance with program requirements; maintains complex files, records, reports, correspondence and other documents; prepares detailed reports regarding budgetary and funding allocations and expenditures; acts as the Board Secretary and the office manager; assists with human resources related functions; oversees The COMET’s customer service programs and activities and performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent writing skills are essential to successful performance in this position. Work requires independent and professional judgment.
