Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration through the online system, follow this link and enter the requested information to cancel your registration. If you prefer to submit your request in writing, please send that request via email to to kelly@ahi-services.com.
If the request for cancellation is made on or before May 29, 2020, we will refund the paid registration fee in full. Refunds after this date will be made less a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after Friday, October 30, 2020 are nonrefundable, but substitutions will be accepted.
