ITB: Purchase and Delivery of Eight Accessible Transit Buses

The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Office of Transit Authority, seeks bids for the purchase and delivery of eight (8) medium-duty low floor 2020 or newer ADA accessible transit buses.

Copies of the specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Procurement & Supply, located at the former Emergency Management Office, Ascencion Drive, Building No. 1301, Capitol Hill, Saipan, during regular working hours.

**Must use a face mask before entering the office.**

All questions regarding this ITB must be submitted via email to the Commonwealth Office of Transit Tuthority at Ms. Alfreda P. Camacho via email only to alfreda.camacho@gov.mp no later than the close of business, 04:30 p.m., local time, July 23, 2020. All questions and answers shall be shared with all potential bidders. questions submitted after the deadline will be entertained.

This project is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the U.S. Department; bidders are required to comply with FTA Federal Contract Clauses as applicable.

The provisions of the CNMI procurement regulations, NMIAC section 70-30.3-725 and 70-30.3-730 prohibiting gratuities, kickbacks and contingent fees shall apply.

The CNMI government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, and waive immaterial defects if to do so would be in the best interest of the CNMI Government.
