Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Local Programs is currently seeking to fill a Transportation Engineer opportunity that is tasked with acting as a consulting expert to local governments in the state who are acquiring right of way for federally funded transportation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Local Agency Coordinator (LAC) will supervise and provide oversight and guidance on the federal acquisition process to agencies that receive federal funds from the Federal Highway Administration to ensure local agencies are acquiring, managing, and disposing of real estate consistent with state and federal regulations.
