Location: The duty station of this position can either be WSDOT HQ or one of the other five regional offices and will be determined based on the on location of the successful candidate.

Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking to fill one permanent Human Resource Consultant to join the HR Operations Team.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful incumbent will serve as a generalist consultant responsible for ensuring employment and benefits actions are processed timely for all WSDOT employees. This position serves as a consultant for assigned regions providing research and guidance on issues requiring a range of possible solutions, ensuring compliance with rules, laws, collective bargaining agreements, and agency policy.
