The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and Transdev Services, Inc. presents Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train the Trainer Certification Workshop held in Oakland, California.

The (PASS) Driver Certification Program ensures that community transportation drivers have current expertise in passenger assistance techniques and sensitivity skills appropriate for serving persons with disabilities.

  • PASS Trainer Certification registration fee: $500
  • PASS Trainer Re-certification registration fee: $75 (attend July 18 only). Must hold current (PASS) Trainer certification to attend (1) day workshop

The (PASS) Trainer Certification registration fee includes trainee registration, certification and prerequisite course. The purpose of the online course is to ensure all attendees to have some level of understanding on the importance of passenger safety at the outset of the classroom training. The trainee is required to complete an online prerequisite course by July 12, 2019.

To pay registration fee by company check, trainee must submit registration form. Please contact CTAA training department via email at to request a form. Advance payment required. Participants will be responsible for all other expenses (i.e. transportation, hotel, and meals).

Advance registrations required. NO Walk-ins!
