The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland presents: Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train the Trainer Certification Workshop held in Salisbury, Md.

The (PASS) Driver Certification Program ensures that community transportation drivers have current expertise in passenger assistance techniques and sensitivity skills appropriate for serving persons with disabilities.

Cost

  • PASS Trainer Certification registration fee: $500
  • PASS Trainer Re-certification registration fee: $75 (attend Sep. 18 only)

Must hold current (PASS) Trainer certification to attend day three of trainer workshop

To pay registration fee by company check, trainee must submit registration form. Please contact CTAA training department via email at training@ctaa.org to request a form. Advance payment required.

Please note: Registration payment becomes non-refundable after September 11.

**All Participants will be responsible for all other expenses (i.e. transportation, hotel, and meals).

Advance registrations required. NO Walk-ins!
