The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and the LifeCare Ambulance present Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Train the Trainer Certification Workshop held in Elyria, Ohio.

The Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Trainer Certification Program ensures that community transportation trainers have current expertise in passenger assistance, techniques, sensitivity skills, bus evacuation knowledge and skills in order to train drivers to serve persons with disabilities.

  • PASS Trainer Certification registration fee: $500
  • PASS Trainer Re-certification registration fee: $75 (attend March 18 only)
  • Must hold current (PASS) Trainer certification to attend day three of trainer workshop
