Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train the Trainer Workshop

The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and the Alamo Area Council of Governments (ACCOG) present Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Train the Trainer Certification Workshop held in San Antonio, Texas.

The (PASS) Driver Certification Program ensures that community transportation drivers have current expertise in passenger assistance techniques and sensitivity skills appropriate for serving persons with disabilities.

  • PASS Trainer Certification registration fee: $500
  • PASS Trainer Re-certification registration fee: $75 (attend Dec. 11 only)

Must hold current (PASS) Trainer certification to attend day three of trainer workshop

If you wish to pay the registration fee by company check, advance payment is required. Trainee must submit registration form along with check payment to CTAA offices in advance. To request a form and detailed requirements, please email CTAA training department at Space is based on availability at time of request.

**All Participants will be responsible for all other expenses (i.e. transportation, hotel, and meals).
