Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Real Estate Services Office is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assist the agency’s Property Management Program in a position located in Tumwater, Wash.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for completing oversight, training and management of property management work for assigned regions, assuring that the property management work is completed efficiently and accurately. These functions are highly technical, and are required by Federal and State rules to ensure transactions meets federal and state laws, regulations, and compliance.
