Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who has strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to fill the role of Public Transportation State & Federal Program Analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities: Working out of the Agency’s Public Transportation Division, this positon will support WSDOT’s mission of providing and supporting safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation options to improve livable communities and economic vitality for people and businesses. This position independently performs critical program management and oversight functions for public transportation’s state and federal grant programs. Leads budget development, reporting, management and execution of federal grants. The position is responsible for completing complex planning assignments to ensure continuity of funding, multimodal integration, implementation of practical solutions, and inclusion of public transportation alternatives in the statewide transportation system plan.
