RFB: Joint Development Workshop

Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (hereafter known as Mountain Line) is seeking bids in the manner specified herein from an Independent Contractor to provide a Joint Development Workshop.

Mountain Line is seeking qualified firms and individuals to lead its internal team in a one-day workshop related to potential joint development as a part of its new Downtown Connection Center (DCC). Mountain Line recently received more than $15million in federal funds to develop the site and explore revenue generating partnerships through the development of the DCC. Mountain Line has already completed a market study which will be provided to the chosen respondent.

Proposals will be submitted in person and/or electronically as per the instructions in the RFB by January 31, 2020. For complete RFB, email Heather Higgins. Award shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the Proposer whose proposal best conforms to the invitation and will be the most advantageous to Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA). Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product, and Proposer’s past performance on other contracts. Award may be made to other than the low-cost proposal. However, all proposals may be rejected if Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA) determines that rejection is in the public interest.
