The County of Cumberland invites sealed bids for Providing 2019 or Newer Mini Buses for the Cumberland County Office on Aging and Disabled.

Bids shall be made on the bid form provided and in the manner prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, Bid for Providing 2019 or Newer Mini Buses
for the Cumberland County Office On Aging and Disabled; Bid # 19-28 on the outside. The bids shall be returned to the Purchasing Department, Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey, 08302, by Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 2:30 p.m., prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be
considered. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, c. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25- 24.2 Corporate Disclosure.
