RFP: Feasibility Study

Location: Pittsfield, Mass.

The Berkshire Blueprint 2.0 Transportation Strategy Committee seeks a professional firm to conduct a feasibility study containing logistic and financial model for a regional Transportation Management Association (TMA) for Berkshire County in Massachusetts.

Submissions due by 5 p.m., on Oct. 18, 2019.

Please notify Benjamin Lamb, Director of Economic Development at 1Berkshire, if you are interested in submitting a proposal, so you may be advised of information relevant to the proposal or any deadline changes.

Berkshire shall not be liable for any costs incurred by RFP respondents prior to issuance of, or entering into, a written contract as the selected contractor. Costs associated with developing the proposal, preparing presentations, travel costs and any other expenses incurred by the respondent for this RFP, prior to said contract, shall be entirely the responsibility of the respondent and shall not be reimbursed in any manner by Berkshire.
