Mountain Line anticipates release of an RFP for these services in October 2020.
The Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority intends to release a Request for Proposals for Owner’s Representative for the Mountain Line Downtown Connection Center (DCC) Project.

The Owners Representative will assist Mountain Line with securing strategic partnerships and project delivery including project budget, procurement, design, construction, and close-out of the Project. This Project will be Federally Funded, and all Federal Requirements must be met.
