RFP: Tile Flooring Replacement

Location: Holland, Mich.

The Macatawa Area Express (MAX) Transportation Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals from qualified tile flooring vendors for labor/time and materials to remove and replace its existing tile flooring in the MAX Transit offices of the Louis Padnos Transportation Center building according to project specifications. Proposers shall provide all materials and labor necessary for the completion of this project in accordance with the specifications and terms in the RFP.

The project will commence with the award of the project, which is to be completed no later than July 20, 2021.

An on-site pre-proposal meeting will be conducted at 1 p.m., June 2, 2021 at the Louis Padnos Center (Holland Depot), 171 Lincoln Ave., Holland, MI, 49423, for firms interested in bidding on this project. This will be the only opportunity for interested firms to receive an on-site inspection.

Responses to questions at the meeting will posted to the MAX Transit website at www.catchamax.org under RFP’s/IFB’s tab.

Late proposals will not be accepted, opened or returned. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 90 days after the submission deadline. MAX reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or part, on such basis as MAX deems to be in its best interest to do so or waive any technicalities. This project will be awarded based on the selection criteria stated in the RFP, and will not necessarily be awarded solely on the lowest price. Proposals are subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including applicable FTA Clauses and the Davis Bacon Act.
