RFP: Transit Management Services

Location: Bloomington, Ind.

Deadline: May 10 by 4:30 p.m. local time

The Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation (BPTC) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified professional transit management firms interested in assuming the full range of management and administrative responsibilities for running a transit system.

A copy of the Requests for Proposals (RFP) and specifications document may be inspected and obtained from Christa Browning, Controller, 130 W. Grimes Lane, Bloomington, IN 47403, Phone (812) 961-0524; E-mail: browninc@bloomingtontransit.com.

All proposals must be received by BPTC no later than May 10, 2021 by 4:30 p.m. local time at the above address and shall be sealed in an envelope or package bearing the caption, “Proposal for Transit Management Services.”

The Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation reserves the right to postpone the proposals opening date for its own convenience and to reject any and/or all proposals for any reason, if deemed by BPTC to be in its best interest.

The successful Responding Firm will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, policies and related administrative practices as described in the RFP document.
