CTAA’s EXPO is the premier annual training and networking event for community and public transportation professionals. This year’s presenting sponsor is Forest River! Participants will take part in essential learning and networking events. Speakers and sessions will keep attendees up to date with innovative technology, workforce development, communication strategies, funding, and regulations. The EXPO also features a trade show with all of the latest community transportation goods and services.

CTAA is confident that our offerings at EXPO 2026 more than justify the cost and effort to attend, but we know that budgets and schedules are tight! We have a justification letter all ready for you to customize and share with leadership at your company or organization. This is an optional step and not required to attend CTAA EXPO!

2026 Cancellation Policy: If registration is cancelled by March 31, 2026, the registrant will receive a refund of $600. Cancellations on or after April 1 will not receive a refund. Name change is allowed up until the event. If intensive registration is cancelled by March 31, 2026, registrant will receive a refund less $100. ($550 will be refunded for the $650 courses, $350 will be refunded for the $450 courses, $150 will be refunded for the $250 courses.) Intensive cancellations on or after April 1 will not receive a refund.
