    This networking event will offer previous ELA graduates and participants the opportunity to catch-up on what’s going on in their communities and agencies.
  • Leadership Reception
    6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
    An opportunity to connect with CTAA leadership in an informal environment. This event is open to all.

Tuesday


  • RTAP Breakfast (Invite Only)
    7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
  • Transit Technology Showcase
    9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
    Leading transit technology vendors will be speaking 45-minute intervals about their latest products. A great opportunity to learn more about today’s innovative technology.
  • Opening General Session and Lunch
    12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
    This Opening General Session and lunch will include remarks from CTAA’s Executive Director Scott Bogren, the graduation of CTAA’s latest class from the Emerging Leaders Academy and delivering of the 2021 Membership Awards.
  • State DOT Meeting (Invite Only)
    1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Women in Transit Networking Reception
    4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
    Join your peers for an hour of networking. This will be an opportunity for women in the field to come together and discuss their work, pressing challenges and success stories.
  • Tradeshow Grand Opening
    5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
    Meet with the industry’s leading exhibitors from across the country to learn more about their products and services. There will be heavy appetizers offered throughout this event.

Wednesday


  • Plenary Session: Remarks from FTA Administrator Nuria Fernandez 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
    FTA Acting Administrator Nuria Fernandez will be speaking to attendees on FTA updates and the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Trade Show Lunch
    12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
    Attendees will be able to visit with exhibitors and learn from the ELA and NCMM poster sessions. Must have trade show ticket to enter. Lunch will also be offered at this ticketed event.
  • Transit Planning for All Gathering (Invite Only)
    5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
    We welcome Transit Planning 4 All grantees (previous and present) to join us for this networking event.
  • Big Night In
    6:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
    Breaking from typical CTAA tradition, our big night out is coming IN! We will provide a speak-easy like environment for you to join with friends and peers as you catch up on the past year and half.

  • The Legislative Session: What Just Happened in Surface Transportation Reauthorization, Infrastructure and How it Will Impact You
    10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
    While you were running your agency in the midst of the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic, Congress was busy reauthorizing the FAST Act, rolling out emergency COVID-19 appropriations and investing in transit infrastructure. A lot happened in a relatively short time frame! Learn here about all of the new programs, investment levels, regulatory relief and more from CTAA staff who had a seat at the table in DC.
  • Membership Lunch
    12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
    Gather with fellow CTAA members, Board and staff to hear from Greater Richmond Transit Company’s CEO Julie Timm on the latest activities of GRTC. We will also be discussing our upcoming membership events and what’s new at the Association.
