Exhibitor Registration

Hotel Accommodations

  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. Reservations at CTAA’s group rate of $169 per night can be made online by clicking here. Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations. PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged the week of Oct. 4, 2021 to the credit card used when making your reservation. Check-in time begins at 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m. The hotel cannot guarantee requests for early check-in and/or late check-out can be accommodated. Please review the conference schedule of events prior to selecting your arrival and departure dates.

  • Convention Services of the Southwest, CSS, is the official exhibitor services contractor for CTAA EXPO 2021. All exhibitors should have received an email from CSS with important show details regarding show hours, shipping, booth setup, furnishings, and more.
