CTAA seeks to ensure a safe Community Transportation EXPO for all who attend, train, exhibit and otherwise participate. What follows are the practices and protocols we’ll be observing at the EXPO:
The public and community transportation industry has always been one that lifts each other up, and that takes care of one another. We simply ask that all EXPO attendees keep that in mind throughout the conference in Louisville.
CTAA’s EXPO is the premier annual training and networking event for community and public transportation professionals. Speakers and sessions will keep attendees up to date with innovative technology, workforce development, communication strategies, funding, and regulations. The EXPO also features a trade show with all of the latest community transportation goods and services. Our goal is to make EXPO accessible and affordable for everyone.
For this reason, we have established several different registration options explained below.
EXPO Conference and Trade Show

EXPO Conference, Trade Show, and Two One-Day Intensive Training Sessions
You must choose (2) One-Day Intensive Training Sessions with this registration option; one on May 12 and one on May 13.
Thursday Intensive Training Session ONLY
There are no EXPO activities or social events included with this registration. This is for Intensive Training only. Breakfast and lunch are included with this registration.
Friday Intensive Training Sessions ONLY
There are no EXPO activities or social events included with this registration. This is for Intensive Training only. No meals are included with this registration, as meals on Friday are “on own.”
Thursday and Friday Intensive Training Sessions ONLY
There are no EXPO activities or social events included with this registration. The following meals are included on Thursday: breakfast and lunch. There are no meals included with the Friday intensives, as meals on Friday are “on own.”
