Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Real Estate Division is currently seeking an experienced candidate to fill the Acquisition and Title Specialist – Property and Acquisition Specialist 4 vacancy in Tumwater, Wash.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position assists in the review of acquisition and relocation files to assure compliance with federal regulations, state laws, and WSDOT policies and procedures. This position assists region offices by acquiring right of way from state and federal agencies and major railroads. This position provides technical assistance in acquisition, title, relocation, and assists with the development of policy, evaluates risk, provides training, and provides guidance to assure regulatory compliance and program delivery. This position also provides some Relocation Assistance for Region Offices to displaced persons that is considered complex in nature (both residential and non-residential displaces).
