Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource professional to fill the position of HR Data Integrity Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities: It will take someone with drive, professional-level HR knowledge, and a keen eye for detail to successfully fill this position. This position provides technical expertise and professional judgement in completing audits of agency and statewide applications. The successful incumbent will audit HRMS, PAY1, and ECM data entries to ensure compliance with data standards, definitions, and best practices to ensure approximately 6,800 employee paychecks are accurate and timely when processed via both the Labor System and the electronic DOTtime system. The incumbent will also instruct the correction of errors and highlight items for further research by HR Operations and/or Regional HR staff to ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements, rules, and agency policy.
