RFP: Safety Oversight (Rail Transit)

The Ohio Department of Transportation is requesting Letters of Interest from qualified firms to provide Rail Transit State Safety Oversight (SSO) technical assistance services to the Office of Transit. The SSO Program oversees two rail transit agencies in Ohio and ensures compliance with FTA safety regulations. The successful firm will be required to perform a variety of technical assistance services through task orders determined and identified later by ODOT.

The selection schedule is as follows:

Request for Proposals: February 16, 2021
Submission Due Date: March 18, 2021
Selection: April 27, 2021
Contract Execution: May 2021
