Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking an experienced planning professional interested in developing and advancing the planning practice through communications, relationship building, community engagement, and the prioritization of training, guidance, tools and data.

Duties and Responsibilities: The purpose of this Transportation Planner position is to prioritize guidance documents, manuals, curriculum, training and policy recommendations related to planning activities, based on mutual priorities. This is accomplished by actively engaging with and seeking feedback from Washington’s planning community.
