The Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation (BPTC) hereby proposes the establishment of a three year goal (FY 2022-2024) of two percent for DBE participation in DOT-assisted contract.

The program and the rationale for the proposed goal is available for public inspection during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the BPTC office, 130 West Grimes Lane, Bloomington, IN 47403. The BPTC and DOT will accept comments on the program and the goal.
