Duties and Responsibilities: The Transit Operations Assistant will participate in the day-to-day operations of OnBoard Public Transit, a service of the Iowa Northland Regional Transit Commission and INRCOG. Duties include overseeing the maintenance of a fleet of transit vehicles, assisting with the scheduling and dispatching of transit drivers, and substitute driving when needed.

Qualifications: Education/Work Experience: High school diploma or GED. Two years of work experience including scheduling dispatching and/or operations experience preferred.
