All group events will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown in the Georgetown Ballroom, located on the lower level., located at 815 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005. Each participant will receive a folder of their scheduled meetings and other important information at Wednesday’s briefing.

Wednesday, March 6

4:00 p.m. - Legislative Fly-In Briefing

Gather to discuss CTAA’s legislative priorities and pressing issues in the transit industry. A briefing on expectations for the Fly-In will be provided by CTAA’s Scott Bogren and Hill staffers.

5:00 p.m. - Mix and Mingle

Mix and Mingle with CTAA’s board of directors, Emerging Leadership Academy Participants, and other VIPs over light bites and libations from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 7

8:00 a.m. - Legislative Fly-In Breakfast

Breakfast will be available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., feel free to come casual if your meetings are later in the day.

9:30 a.m. - Meetings begin on Capitol Hill

The host hotel is walking distance to the McPherson Square Metro Station (orange), a short ride from the Capitol South Station. If your meetings begin later in the day, join the rest of the group as your schedule allows.

We will gather in small groups as space allows in the Congressional cafeterias. The cafeterias offer a wide range of lunch options for purchase.

5:00 p.m. - Legislative Fly-In Reception

After an electrifying day on The Hill, join fellow transit advocates for heavy hors d'oeuvres and thirst quenching beverages from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Friday, March 8

8:00 a.m. - FTA Legislative Breakfast and Meeting

Join us for breakfast and a dialog with FTA leadership from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
