Starting on February 17, 2020, Buncombe County will accept proposals from qualified vendors with requisite experience to provide Operations and Maintenance of Deviated-Fixed Route, ADA Paratransit, and Demand Response Services.

This will be a three (3) year Contract with two (2) three (3) year options totaling nine (9) years.

All proposals must be submitted to and received by Buncombe County by Friday, March 27, 2020 by 2:00 p.m., ET. Please reference the RFP document(s) for submission requirements.

A Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ET at 46 Valley Street, Asheville, NC, 28801.
