Tri-Valley Transit Inc. (TVT) is soliciting proposals for a Statewide Paratransit Scheduling & Dispatch Software.

Questions: All questions must be submitted by email no later than Feb. 4, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. to angela@trivalleytransit.org.

Submittal Deadline: Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 4 p.m. EST Email must include a recipient delivery receipt confirmation and be marked as urgent. TVT will confirm receipt of proposal. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)

Requirements: TVT, in accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, has an obligation to ensure nondiscrimination of DBE’s in all aspects of competition, award and administration of federally funded contracts. Notice to all proposers is hereby provided, that in accordance with State and Federal laws, TVT will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit offers and responses to this solicitation, and to participate in any contract consummated pursuant to this advertisement. TVT reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses submitted. TVT also reserves the right to award a contract based on the submissions alone.
