The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting this Request for Proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide technical assistance services to the Office of Transit and its subrecipients under the Ohio Technical Assistance Program (OTAP). Through OTAP, the Office of Transit supplements staff work with consultants who possess experience and knowledge in public transit and human service transportation subjects, programs, regulations, and related fields. The successful firm will be required to perform a variety of technical assistance services through task orders determined and identified later by ODOT.

The selection schedule is as follows:

Request for Proposals: February 16, 2021
Submission Due Date: March 18, 2021
Selection: April 27, 2021
