Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Real Estate Services Division is currently hiring for a Senior Property Management Agent – Property & Acquisition Specialist 6 vacancy in Tumwater, Wash.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for assisting in the management of the overall property management program at WSDOT, comprised of Project Property Management and Ongoing Property Management activities. The primary focus for this position is oversight, training, and technical assistance of all property management work for the regions assigned to the position, assuring that the Property Management work is completed efficiently and accurately. These functions are highly technical, and are required by Federal and State rules. This position is relied upon to be the subject matter expert for one or more areas within Property Management (Disposal, Inventory, Leasing, and Title) and responsible for compliance to ensure the transactions meets federal and state laws/regulations.
